Three releases into the online space this week are focused on small businesses ability to manage their time, data and devices. Details follow:
First, vCita has integrated with Constant Contact; businesses using both Constant Contact and LiveSite now have access to vCita's interactive tools to schedule campaigns, payments and invoicing.
"Customer engagement is essential to small business success and vCita LiveSite makes it easier for small businesses to drive revenue via customer interactions, whether they are at home or on a mobile device," said Will Yapp, vice president, business development, Constant Contact. "Constant Contact is always looking for opportunities to help small businesses do more business. vCita LiveSite aligns perfectly with this goal."
And Vserv has luanched their Smart Data solution. The tool aggregates data from mobile consumers' brand and app interactions. Those interactions are then analyzed to help brands create more engaging content across the mobile space. Vserv partners with 10 key TELCOs around the world to gather these intent signals which can be used to help brands better engage.
Meanwhile Lotame is adding cross-device options to their data management platform. The Cross-Device addition allows brands to link users' device interactions together to get a better picture of how they react online. The data can be used to target audience segments, create sequential ad campaigns and frequency-cap ads across screens.
"Today's consumer is more connected than ever before, spending more time online but across a broader number of different digital devices," commented Andy Monfried, Lotame's Founder and CEO. "Without the ability to link these devices together, advertisers are restricted to targeting and measuring cross-screen campaigns in silos, and publishers are unable to unlock the true value of their mobile inventory. Lotame Cross-Device addresses these issues head on."
