You can edit the form your clients fill in and require clients to provide additional information you need to help you to learn more about your clients and their needs so you can come prepared for your call or appointment.
It can be anything from generic questions about the company name or website, or specific questions about what they're looking for, how they heard about you and more. It can be open-ended questions, or choosing from a predefined list.
All the information your clients provide, will be saved on the client card at your vCita account.
